Again we must apologise to all our Customers and Patients as we are experiencing further delays in the supply chain of Aceteff. This new delay means we will not receive stock until late in August 2020.
The Department of Health and Social Care have already been informed.
For NHS Trust Customers in England temporary supply arrangements remain in place. NHS Trust Customers that have already purchased Aceteff via AAH will also be contacted individually very shortly.
As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact across the globe, I wanted to tell you about the steps we have taken, and to assure you that you can continue working with Dunelm Pharmaceuticals during this challenging period.
We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 since the beginning of the year and are following the advice of the UK and Irish Governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the wellbeing of our employees whilst keeping the business functioning.
Our office staff now work remotely. We are able to do this with little interruption to day to day activities or to our ability to provide services and support to you.
Our warehouses remain open and operational, which allows us to continue to receive products and despatch them to Customers, we anticipate some delays in carriage but these will be minimal.
Continuity of service and ensuring that medicines reach patients without disruption remains a top priority.
